Pt began feeling faint, dizzy, and hot once in the waiting room. RN immediately laid the pt on the ground and elevated her legs. Nursing called for fellow nurse to grab a pulse ox, portable BP, and sugar water. Pt stated they felt better a minute after lying down but RN first took vitals which were stable - BP: 108/62, P: 87, RR:19, O2: 97 sat the pt up so she could drink water and eat a bar. Moved pt to sit in a chair for an additional 10 mins. Vitals rechecked and were still stable at BP: 110/64, P:82, RR: 18, O2: 98. Pt finished their water and bar, denied any dizziness, nausea, and feeling hot. Pt stated they felt much better and did not eat that morning. Encouraged her to eat a meal when she got home and drink water and to call the office with any questions or concerns. Provider not need during time of visit. Mom walked pt to car and confirmed to call with any questions or concerns.
