Heart disease ( CHF) , vascular disease, DVT, hysterectomy, effusion and pinch nerve ( L5S1 ). HBP, hyperthyroidism, anxiety, GERD

Vitamin D, Ozempic, Nortriptyline, Relistor, Pantoprazole, Eliquis, Metoprolol, torsemide, oxybutynin, Finasteride, Hydroxyzine, gabapentin, levothyroxine, minoxidil, Atorvastatin. Albuterol.
