Symptom narrative

The patient was feeling unusually tired after getting the vaccine. The patient had a seizure at home and had to go to the hospital. The patient was hospitalized from Sunday to Wednesday (3/8-3/11). The patient reported feeling normal now. The doctor said they think it was due to low sodium from a combination of taking venlafaxine and getting the RSV vaccine.
