Symptom narrative

Pt was receiving two vaccines today: covid and flu. After walking from the immunization room, she felt light headed and sat down on a chair in the pharmacy lobby. Upon sitting, patient fell over and her head hit the ground. She had a temporary loss of consciousness (maybe 5-10 seconds). Pharmacy staff helped her back in the chair and was given a water fortified with electrolytes. She also received a piece sugared candy. Her fiance came to the pharmacy lobby to be with her. She sat there for 15-20 minutes and seemed fine after that. He took her home without any further incident.
