Symptom narrative

Patient reports severe gas and diarrhea, starting approximately 2 days post Shingrix vaccine. She did not have this problem with the 1st dose. She is confident this is an immunization reaction. She did not seek medical treatment but did have her bags packed to go to the emergency room.
