Symptom narrative

Dizyness,, vision blurryness, vomiting, constant fatigue, and mood swings for over a year; ultimately leading to a basilar artery occlusion that doctors ignored for over 4 hours; leading to his death.

Lab data

Emergency Room Visit- Cat Scan 2/2022. Er visit- MRI found his body was riddled with clots and he had a clot on his brain stem. Admitted to ER and emergency surgery but it was too late.
