Symptom narrative

It is unclear which specific flu vaccine the patient received and exactly which month, though it was in 08/2025 most likely. He reports an episode of leg weakness and presyncope within hours on the same day the flu shot was administered to him. Provider is unsure if this was due to the vaccine, though the patient is certain it was. The patient was not under the care of the provider at this time. This episode lasted minutes and resolved completely. He did not seek care or call any advice lines following this event, and this is the first time he is mentioning it to a healthcare provider. All this information is based on a conversation with the patient during an office visit.
