Symptom narrative

11/2021 week of shots very very sick Asthma, congestion, lung infection, cough, cold, flu. Was contagious got everyone else sick .. in and out of Dr offices. over the next few months: confusion, memory issues, (went to Dr for these issues) behavior issues, aggression, personality changes, undiagnosed multiple mini strokes. Resulting in Brain damage, 6/16/22: heart attack. Medically induced, Coma, resuscitations declared brain dead 6/21/22 and 6/22/22: death with DNR

Asthma, intermittent usually seasonal.

None that I?m aware of. He actually had low blood pressure. no known heart disease.
