No additional AE; Patient received improperly stored vaccine; This spontaneous report was received from a medical assistant and referred to a patient of unknown age and gender. The patient's medical history, past medications, and concomitant medications were not reported. On 11-Mar-2026, the patient was vaccinated with improperly stored Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella (Oka-Merck) Virus Vaccine Live (Proquad) lyophilisate and solvent for solution for injection, 1 dose (Batch/lot number Z010732 has been verified to be a valid batch lot number for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella (Oka-Merck) Virus Vaccine Live, expiration date was reported and confirmed as 22-Dec-2026; route of administration and anatomical location were not provided) (Product storage error). The vaccine underwent a temperature excursion of 8.4F for a duration of 1 hour and 45 minutes and had no prior temperature excursions. The vaccine was administered as prophylaxis and was reconstituted with sterile diluent (Hollister-Stier STERILE DILUENT) (lot # and expiration date were not reported).
