Symptom narrative

Flu like symptoms, fever, chills, cough, headache. Feeling like my heart was shaking or quivering. Those started the evening after getting the immunizations and worsened throughout the night. I had a high fever for about 3 days and then the symptoms got lighter for about 2 days then came back even worse than before and lasted for about 3 more days. It has been 4 weeks and I still have what feels like a prolonged cold with a nagging cough, slight headache (that comes and goes), clogged ears and a runny nose. My nose is constantly draining in my throat at night which wakes me up coughing. This is the longest that I have ever been sick. I took NightQuil and Ibuprofen when I was worse.
