that she feels pain at the injection site; Tiredness; accidentally received a third Shingrix vaccine yesterday 8 Mar 2026; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of injection site pain in a 73-year-old female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) (batch number 5G422, expiry date 07-JUL-2027) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (patient received both shots in 2018). On 08-MAR-2026, the patient received the 3rd dose of Shingrix (intramuscular, left deltoid) .5 ml. On 08-MAR-2026, less than a day after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced injection site pain (Verbatim: that she feels pain at the injection site), tiredness (Verbatim: Tiredness) and extra dose administered (Verbatim: accidentally received a third Shingrix vaccine yesterday 8 Mar 2026). The outcome of the injection site pain and tiredness were not resolved and the outcome of the extra dose administered was not applicable. It was unknown if the reporter considered the injection site pain and tiredness to be related to Shingrix.
