The patient's past medical history included shingles. On an unknown date, the patient received Shingles vaccine. A year after the 2nd shot, the patient had internal shingles again, which was very severe. Another year later, the patient experienced shingles again, but it was less severe than the first two episodes. This case was considered as suspected vaccination failure as details regarding laboratory test confirming shingles were unknown at the time of reporting. No further information was expected.
