Havrix second dose before the six months interval; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of drug dose administration interval too short in a 66-year-old female patient who received HAV (Havrix) (batch number HV572, expiry date 10-JUN-2028) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Havrix (received the first dose on an unknown date). On 09-MAR-2026, the patient received the 2nd dose of Havrix. On 09-MAR-2026, an unknown time after receiving Havrix, the patient experienced drug dose administration interval too short (Verbatim: Havrix second dose before the six months interval). The outcome of the drug dose administration interval too short was not applicable.
