Expired product used/ mladministration of an expired vaccine; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 22-month-old female patient who received HAV (Havrix 720) (batch number 7PK53, expiry date 04-MAR-2026) for prophylaxis. On 06-MAR-2026, the patient received Havrix 720. On 06-MAR-2026, an unknown time after receiving Havrix 720, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: Expired product used/ mladministration of an expired vaccine). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 09-MAR-2026 A medical assistant requested guidance or advice on the reported situation. The vaccine administration facility was the same as primary reporter.
