Extra doses was administered; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of extra dose administered in a 18-year-old female patient who received Men ACWY-CRM NVS (Menveo) (batch number DL4YY) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Menveo (received first dose on 11-DEC-2019) and Menveo (received second dose on 08-AUG-2023). On 05-DEC-2025, the patient received the 3rd dose of Menveo. On 05-DEC-2025, an unknown time after receiving Menveo, the patient experienced extra dose administered (Verbatim: Extra doses was administered). The outcome of the extra dose administered was not applicable.
