late second dose; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of drug dose administration interval too long in a 82-year-old female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received first dose on 01-AUG-2025). On 03-NOV-2025, the patient received the 2nd dose of Shingrix. On 03-NOV-2025, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced drug dose administration interval too long (Verbatim: late second dose). The outcome of the drug dose administration interval too long was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 09-MAR-2026 Reporter stated that a patient received a Shingrix vaccine in 2018 and then she received another one in 2025 and she was unsure because of such long gap between the two, whether she should get another dose of the vaccine or whether that is considered the complete series.
