Previously administered products included Shingrix (received first dose on an unknown date in 2018) and Shingrix (received second dose on an unknown date in 2018). On 09-MAR-2026, the patient received the 3rd dose of Shingrix. On 09-MAR-2026, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced extra dose administered (Verbatim: patient was administered a third dose of Shingrix).
