Penmenvy only liquid portion administered; Penmenvy only liquid portion administered; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate preparation of medication in a 16-year-old male patient who received Men ABCWY NVS (Penmenvy) (batch number 5S723, expiry date 08-OCT-2026) for prophylaxis. On 10-MAR-2026, the patient received Penmenvy. On 10-MAR-2026, an unknown time after receiving Penmenvy, the patient experienced inappropriate preparation of medication (Verbatim: Penmenvy only liquid portion administered) and inappropriate dose of vaccine administered (Verbatim: Penmenvy only liquid portion administered). The outcome of the inappropriate preparation of medication and inappropriate dose of vaccine administered were not applicable.
