expired dose used; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 12-year-old female patient who received DTPa (Reduced antigen) (Boostrix) (batch number NR5DX, expiry date 02-FEB-2026) for prophylaxis. On 09-MAR-2026, the patient received Boostrix. On 09-MAR-2026, an unknown time after receiving Boostrix, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: expired dose used). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable.
