Incomplete course of vaccination

Symptom narrative

received Engerix b and Havrix vaccine and did not receive any of follow up vaccine; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a male patient who did not receive HBV (Engerix B) for prophylaxis. Co-suspect products included HAV (Havrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Engerix B (Received on 11-JAN-2019) and Havrix (Received on 11-JAN-2019). The patient did not receive Engerix B and Havrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: received Engerix b and Havrix vaccine and did not receive any of follow up vaccine). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 10-MAR-2026 The reporter stated that the patient was uncertain how to proceed and asked whether the vaccination series needed to be restarted, whether each course should be completed individually, or whether Twinrix could be used to complete the schedule.
