Seizure

Symptom narrative

Patient reported that he received COVID vaccine in the morning and within 4-5 hours (around noon), he had an episode of Seizure that lasted about 15 minutes. His wife called 9-1-1 and was treated successfully. Patient then followed up with his PCP who suggested that pt should not get COIVD vaccine anymore. **He had reaction from same vaccine year ago where he fainted next day (separate VAERS filled out)
