Symptom narrative

Whole thigh swelling that night after vaccine. no redness or fever. limping, continues to play that night and next day. brought her back the next day, concerns for cat scratch fever due to some scratches on arm and in groin area. labs returned normal, leg returned to normal. symptoms subsided. Vaccine given on tuesday morning, swelling gone by Saturday. treated with benadryl Thursday and Friday

Current illness

Patient with cat scratch at time of vaccines, after reaction did lab work to rule out cat scratch fever. labs were normal.
