Symptom narrative

Site: Shoulder Joint Injury (prolonged pain, tingling, etc.)-Severe, Additional Details: Cx reported receiving a vaccination on January 12. The injection site soreness initially appeared normal, but the pain never resolved. Recently, the discomfort worsened. Cx visited their primary care physician, who then referred them to an orthopedic surgeon. They are currently undergoing physical therapy and are unable to use their left arm. According to their providers, the injury is consistent with SIRVA (Shoulder Injury Related to Vaccine Administration),
