Symptom narrative

Site: Pain at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Severe, Systemic: Body Aches Generalized-Severe, Additional Details: Patient had severe similar reaction with first dose also. This time, 8 hrs after vaccine, she had body aches & arm pain. Within 48 hrs, injection site had swollen to about 3 inches in diameter and very red; this lasted for all 5 days. Had severe body aches that lasted about 5 days. No fever.
