Symptom narrative

Slightly less than 24 hours after vaccination, there was an injection site reaction, including pain, swelling/knot, redness, and increased temperature of the red area. The size of the area was approximately 9cm by 9cm. The swelling began to resolve over the course of 3/15/26, but redness and pain still persist, although decreased.
