Incomplete course of vaccination

Symptom narrative

I should have had 2 injections, but only recd 1; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via interactive digital media and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingles vaccine) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingles vaccine (on an unknown date patient received 1st dose of shingles vaccine). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingles vaccine. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: I should have had 2 injections, but only recd 1). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK receipt date 05-MAR-2026 This case was reported by a consumer via interactive digital media. The patient asked if he/she should have 2 injections but only received 1 injection.
