Patient recieved the and dose in the series around 11:36 am today (3-16-26). Started to notice itchiness on upper back around 6:40 pm today (3/16/26). Pt was advised to follow up with PCP tomorrow morning. Pt state you have itch cream at home and will be applying to self tonight.
