Symptom narrative

Medical assistant reported MMR II was administered after a temperature excursion. Date of administration: 2/25/2026. No further information provided. Cross reference AE cases: 02959183, 02959227, 02959228, 02959229 & 02959230. This is patient 6 of 6.; This Spontaneous report was received from a medical assistant and referred to a patient of unknown age and gender. The patient's medical history, past medications and concomitant medications were not reported. On 25-Feb-2026, the patient was vaccinated with an improper storage dose of Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (Wistar RA 27-3) Virus Vaccine (M-M-R-II), Live lyophilisate and solvent for solution for injection (Lot Number: Y019931; Expiration date: 04-Dec-2026) dose form was Solution for injection (Dose Text: Once)(anatomical location and administration route were not reported); diluted with a sterile diluent solution for injection (lot number, expiration date, anatomical location and administration route were not reported) administered as prophylaxis. The medical assistant stated that the vaccine was administered after a temperature excursion. That the temperature of excursion was 48.1 Fahrenheit degrees, during a time frame of 28 hours, without previous excursions. This was one of several reports received from the same reporter.
