Symptom narrative

only has record of one dose of Shingrix being given; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a male patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received 1st dose 4 or 5 years ago). On an unknown date, the patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. On an unknown date, the patient had incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: only has record of one dose of Shingrix being given). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 09-MAR-2026 The reporter is the patient. He received Shingrix about four or five years ago at a pharmacy. Recently, his doctor told the patient that she only has record of one dose of Shingrix being given. The patient could not remember for certain but imagines he would have received both doses. Nothing else was reported.
