shingles; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of shingles in a patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received the 1st dose of Shingrix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced shingles (Verbatim: shingles). The outcome of the shingles was not reported. It was unknown if the reporter considered the shingles to be related to Shingrix. It was unknown if the company considered the shingles to be related to Shingrix. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 11-MAR-2026 Health care professional reported that a patient who takes specialty medication had the first shot of Shingrix but developed shingles. The batch number was not provided, and we are unable to contact the reporter.
