patient received an expired dose of Arexvy; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 68-year-old female patient who received RSVPreF3 adjuvanted (Arexvy) (batch number BG5J4, expiry date 25-NOV-2025) for prophylaxis. On 11-DEC-2025, the patient received Arexvy. On 11-DEC-2025, an unknown time after receiving Arexvy, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: patient received an expired dose of Arexvy). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 05-MAR-2026 The other health professional reported that a patient received an expired dose of Arexvy.
