Expired dose of Bexsero administered; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a patient who received Men B NVS (Bexsero) (expiry date 31-JAN-2026) for prophylaxis. On 08-MAR-2026, the patient received Bexsero. On 08-MAR-2026, an unknown time after receiving Bexsero, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: Expired dose of Bexsero administered). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences. Additional Information: GSK receipt date: 08-MAR-2026 The pharmacist called in regards to Bexsero vaccine(Men b) vaccine . The reporter gave a vaccine to a patient he/she did not pay attention to the expiration date and accidently gave an expired vaccine to the patient. The batch number was not provided upon follow up with the reporter.
