Symptom narrative

soreness at injection site; fatigue/feeling wiped out; malaise, which they reworded as feeling icky; Sore arm; Myalgia; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of injection site pain in a 61-year-old female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) (batch number NT357, expiry date 12-MAY-2028) for prophylaxis. In MAR-2026, the patient received the 2nd dose of Shingrix. In MAR-2026, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced injection site pain (Verbatim: soreness at injection site), fatigue (Verbatim: fatigue/feeling wiped out) and malaise (Verbatim: malaise, which they reworded as feeling icky). The outcome of the injection site pain, fatigue and malaise were unknown. It was unknown if the reporter considered the injection site pain, fatigue and malaise to be related to Shingrix.
