Symptom narrative

Patient was advised to stay in waiting area for 15 minutes after vaccination. Patient walked to front of store and fainted. Patient did not hit her head or have any injury. 911 was called and paramedics arrived and assessed patient. Paramedics cleared the patient to drive home on her own. The patient was able to drive home safely. Patient was contacted by pharmacy at her home, and she confirmed she had improved and did not have any more dizziness. Patient stated she ate her lunch and was feeling better.
