Symptom narrative

One day later she had a small lump under the skin at the shot site. By 3/14 mom noted a 3.5 cm erythematous, lightly raised area at the shot site. Later that day she noted an erythematous streak on the lateral to posterior thigh. By 3/15 mom noted very many 2 to3 mm red macules on the tops and the soles of her feet. On 3/17 we noted a few faint 2 to 3 mm macules on the palms of her hands and a few erythematous, slightly raised papules on the top of her left hand. The rash does not itch or hurt.
