Incomplete course of vaccination

Symptom narrative

Patient received 1st dose on 29-AUG-2025 and didn't get the 2nd dose till now; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a elderly female patient who received HAB (Twinrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Twinrix (Patient received first dose on a 29-AUG-2025 without batch number and expiry date). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Twinrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: Patient received 1st dose on 29-AUG-2025 and didn't get the 2nd dose till now). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable.
