Symptom narrative

Patient got vaccine 02/03/26 in afternoon went to bed that night , next day on 02/04/2026 woke up with cold seats , nausea , headache , fever , right eye kept bothering her , states in couple days obtained an eye infection in right eye , 6 weeks before vaccine she had eye procedure , She is currently on antiviral medication , and nothing seems to help with her right eye . Was diagnosed with herpes caretitis , corneal ulcers , went to eye doctor 03/16/26 stated doctor , informed the vaccine could be the cause of viral eye infection .

Allergies

Allergic to Viaxen , Latex , Apples , Pears , Cherries .
