Injection site urticaria

Symptom narrative

Localized hives at injection site approximately 10 minutes following injection. Physician notified of reaction, patient kept at office for observation. Physician assessed reaction, physician plan was made to give Benadryl 6.25mg in office. Patient observed for another 15 minutes, released home with return precautions.
