No additional AE; the patient received a dose of PEDVAXHIB subcutaneously instead of intramuscularly; This spontaneous report was received from a nurse and referred to a patient of unknown age and gender. The patient's medical history, concurrent condition, past medications and concomitant medications were not reported. On 10-Mar-2026, the patient was vaccinated with a dose of Haemophilus b Conjugate Vaccine (Meningococcal Protein Conjugate) (LIQUID PEDVAX HIB) Injection (1 dosage form total, unknown/ series, lot# Z005148, expiration date: 05-Nov-2027) subcutaneously instead of intramuscularly by a health professional for prophylaxis (Incorrect route of product administration). No additional adverse event (AE) (No adverse event) or product quality complaint (PQC).
