Symptom narrative

1 day s/p vaccination, developed redness, swelling, tenderness, and warmth to right anterior thigh around vaccination sites. Mother give Tylenol PRN. Instructed to do Tylenol or Ibuprofen PRN swelling/pain, keep child active as normal, warm or cool compresses to site for 5-10 minutes 2-3 times a day or warm bath to help soothe and for swelling PRN.
