Symptom narrative

Patient states she had dark purple bruising - like discoloration that appeared on her arm and spread down and around. She also had pain. Injection technique was such that this type of reaction was unexpected. No squeezing of area or pain with initial injection. These symptoms lasted at least a week.

Medical history

Psoriasis - receives Tremfya injections every 8 weeks, Asthma, OSA, prediabetes
