Symptom narrative

Arm pain with swelling (expected), low grade fever (99), severe hip pain, sleeplessness, severe nausea, vomiting, mildly dizzy, persistent headache. Nausea, vomiting and fever have dissipated. The arm pain, hip pain, mild dizziness, and headache remain. QUESTION: WILL THERE BE ANY ADVERSE EFFECTS IF I DO NOT GET THE SECOND INJECTION?
