Incomplete course of vaccination

Symptom narrative

Twinrix late dose; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a 67-year-old female patient who did not receive HAB (Twinrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Twinrix (first dose received on 17-JAN-2025, batch no. M4B34). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Twinrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: Twinrix late dose). This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 11-MAR-2026 The reporter inquired about the schedule for Hepatitis vaccines. The patient received one dose of Havrix on 13-FEB-2026. The reporter enquired the recommendation going forward to complete the vaccine series for both Hep A and Hep B. The reporter mentioned that the remaining doses in the series were not administered as scheduled. The batch number was not provided and a request for this information has been made.
