Pharmacist reported that a patient had MMR vaccine in childhood and has a low titer; Pharmacist reported that a patient had MMR vaccine in childhood and has a low titer; Pharmacist reported that a patient had MMR vaccine in childhood and has a low titer; the patient has history of reaction after vaccination. He had Covid and Flu vaccine given together in the past and had reactions after those vaccines; This spontaneous report was received from a pharmacist and refers to a 61-year-old male patient. The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's concurrent conditions were not reported. Concomitant therapies were not reported.
