Repoter was very unstead; could hardly move in the bed; Peripheral neuropathy worsened; This serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of peripheral neuropathy aggravated in a 70-year-old female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. The patient's past medical history included covid-19 (had COVID about 3 years ago). Concurrent medical conditions included peripheral neuropathy. In NOV-2025, the patient received the 1st dose of Shingrix (left arm). In NOV-2025, less than a month after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced peripheral neuropathy aggravated (Verbatim: Peripheral neuropathy worsened) (serious criteria GSK medically significant). On an unknown date, the patient experienced unsteadiness (Verbatim: Repoter was very unstead) and mobility decreased (Verbatim: could hardly move in the bed). The outcome of the peripheral neuropathy aggravated, unsteadiness and mobility decreased were not reported. The patient felt like the vaccine activated her nervous system.
