Irritable; Arm hard; fever over 100; Chills; shot arm swollen and hard; Lethargic; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer and described the occurrence of fever in a 61-year-old female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Concurrent medical conditions included depression, blood pressure high and cholesterol. Concomitant products included bupropion, losartan and rosuvastatin. On 12-MAR-2026, the patient received the 1st dose of Shingrix. On 13-MAR-2026, 1 days after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced fever (Verbatim: fever over 100), chills (Verbatim: Chills), swelling arm (Verbatim: shot arm swollen and hard), lethargy (Verbatim: Lethargic) and induration (Verbatim: Arm hard). On 14-MAR-2026, the patient experienced irritability (Verbatim: Irritable). The outcome of the fever, swelling arm, lethargy, irritability and induration were not resolved and the outcome of the chills was resolving. It was unknown if the reporter considered the fever, chills, swelling arm, lethargy, irritability and induration to be related to Shingrix.
