Co-suspect products included COVID-19 vaccine for prophylaxis. On 08-DEC-2025, the patient received the 1st dose of Shingrix. On 27-FEB-2026, the patient received COVID-19 vaccine. On 04-MAR-2026, 86 days after receiving Shingrix and 5 days after receiving COVID-19 vaccine, the patient experienced shingles (Verbatim: Shingles). On an unknown date, the patient experienced lymph node disorder (Verbatim: large lymph node on the left side of her head where her ear is), sleeplessness (Verbatim: she haven't been sleeping at night), ear pain (Verbatim: very bad ear pain along the left side of her face) and facial pain (Verbatim: very bad ear pain along the left side of her face). The outcome of the shingles was not reported and the outcome of the lymph node disorder, sleeplessness, ear pain and facial pain were unknown. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 10-MAR-2026 The nurse practitioner mentioned she was calling as a patient, she got her first dose of Shingrix and she was about to get her second dose but then she got shingles. Patient started with very bad ear pain along the left side of her face and she got an appointment with an ear specialist on February 20th 2026. The doctor told her they should not have administered that one in between Shingrix doses. On March 4th 2026 she started having rash. Also experienced very bad burning pain in her scalp,feeling like her skin is crawling, she has 4 different dermatomes, areas or rash types on her chest, under her chin, on her face, and behind in the back of her neck, on her left side. By the way the rashes are, was skin crawling sensations, she thought she had some fever, she had been sleeping at night very bad night, really bad throbbing in her head, although she did not saw a rash in her scalp it is really bothering her a lot, she has a large lymph node on the left side of her head where her ear is, and it is probably from this.
