Wrong age administration; This non-serious case was reported by a physician via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate age at vaccine administration in a 2-month-old female patient who received DTPa-IPV (Kinrix) for prophylaxis. On 03-MAR-2026, the patient received the 1st dose of Kinrix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Kinrix, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: Wrong age administration). The outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 12-MAR-2026 A pediatrician called to get guidance after a 2-month-old patient was vaccinated with Kinrix instead of Pediarix because parents did not want the patient to be vaccinated against Hepatitis B. The physician asked how to proceed and if Pentacel could be administered when patient would be 4 months old. The batch number was not provided upon follow- up with the reporter.
