Drug Exposure During Pregnancy; Pediatric dose to an adult pregnant patient; Pediatric dose to an adult pregnant patient; This non-serious prospective pregnancy case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of adult use of a child product in a 31-year-old female patient who received HBV (Engerix B pediatric) (batch number JB4K2) for prophylaxis. On 13-MAR-2026, the patient received Engerix B pediatric. On 13-MAR-2026, an unknown time after receiving Engerix B pediatric, the patient experienced adult use of a child product (Verbatim: Pediatric dose to an adult pregnant patient) and underdose (Verbatim: Pediatric dose to an adult pregnant patient). On an unknown date, the patient experienced vaccine exposure during pregnancy (Verbatim: Drug Exposure During Pregnancy). The outcome of the adult use of a child product, underdose and vaccine exposure during pregnancy were not applicable.
