30 minutes after Developed (L) arm pain. Bruise at injection site developed on 3/16/26. 3/18/2026. woke up with redness, warmth, pain and itchiness on left arm. Started on ABX and Zyrtec with follow-up in 48 hours or sooner. Strict ED precautions given
